What do you dislike?

I haven't been using it very long, and I haven't found any major dislikes about it

Easy to use,
New programs and systems can be sometimes be a little challenging, but pipedrive was very straightforward, the system made sense, and it was very user friendly, In sales, follow up is key, one of the challenges that we had was prospects getting forgotten. This system has helped us almost completely eliminate that issue.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. So far it has fit all the parameters that we are looking for and we are happy with all its performance and especially the value.

What do you like best?

Simplicity is excellent. Works offline and with iOS and Android. Very affordable.

It is the best for simplicity, money and functionality.

There really isn't anything I dislike. It doesn't integrate with our loan software otherwise we would use across the organization.

Pipedrive is the easiest CRM I've ever used. I implemented it for our management team and it was configured and adopted in 2 weeks. The visual pipeline dashboard is innovative and easy to tell how much volume is in the pipeline. I highly recommend it!

Lack of customization by non admin users, lack of display choices.

Ease of use, technical and customer support, the forgiving nature of fixing mistakes, the introductory videos.

Missing few featrures which are specyfic for my business and difficult to describe. Even I have personalize the system I am not able to use this fields in the way I would like to have.

What do you like best?

Pipedive is easy to use and it works for me instead of my working for Pipedrive. Even it miss few features I require I still use it and recommend this tool for others.
In many cases CRMs are consuming time to manage it properly. In this tool we have notebook, reminder, clear vision, everything what sales stuff is looking for as well as managers would like to know about their people.
After long research Pipedrive works for me from the beginning even with default configuration.
Collaboration and personalized settings are easy to manage without any specialized knowledge. Comparing to other similar products this one required less work at the beginning. Adding additional user and managing his/her task is just “plug and play”.
Even I thought that there is no tool which will support my needs, Pipedrive delivered to me and my team what we were looking for. What’s more my business partners prefer to review our business via Pipedrive with me instead of other maybe even more recognised CRMs.

It is not only CRM and sales funel managment tool, it is good to review also best practises at Pipedrive Blog regarding how to manage sales.

It's worth it to watch the training videos. They show great shortcuts and features that you may not find by exploring on your own.

Contacts view. Mobile phone app can stay logged in so pipeline is accessible.

Slick pipeline updates. Filter by product. Snazzy reporting. Clean interface.

Nothing to say here but every system requires improvements.
There could be improvement when it comes to integration with google apps. Also sometime login page does not work easily on slower internet connections but once logged-in, everything works best.
If pipedrive can make Login page run easily on slower connections, that would be great!

I started using PipeDrive in October 2014 to manage our prospects and sales pipeline. In the past we used google docs and several other systems. But i would like to mention since we used pipedrive, the process of managing sales has been improved dramatically. I can easily manage prospects. Luckily we have closed more than double deals this year.
This is the best sales tools i ever used. The Visual Pipeline is the best feature and I was not able to find it with any other sales tool. The activity feature keep us on track with managing the activities and remind us timely as needed. Also, the statistics reports have been the best for sure. Very easy to see dashboard of other users and view the closed deals!.
