What do you dislike?
The complexity to put everything together and maintain the environment in the long term, specially when version upgrade is required. The team need to be multidisciplinary once the product uses many different technologies and components.
What do you like best?
I love the flexibility offered by OpenStack with its open API and project governance model. Also the fact that this product is based on open source software, which is very attractive to companies that develop its own integration and customization.
