Make Monthly Reports Attractive
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I mainly use SAP Crystal Reports to generate weekly reports and view how our business is doing in a format that can help senior management understand our ROIs and develop points in which we can do to expand and improve the business. It's very simple to produce reports once you have a complete understanding of the software.
What do you dislike?
It's quite a difficult tool to grasp, especially with no prior knowledge. I know I've used it for many a year so it's become second nature to me but in trying to teach my younger colleagues, it's not easy. I wish there were some more tutorials online that I can tell them to look at.
What do you like best?
The reports you create are visually brilliant and can be used in meetings with clients, as well as internal sessions, but really do stand out to make the reports look good. It's all about impressing the clients or higher-up people, such as the CEO, so Crystal Reports definitely do that.
