What do you dislike?

When I first started working at that company using Netsuite, it was a lot of different processes. It took me a little while to figure out all the exceptions and how to undo mistakes.

What do you like best?

It was nice to have everything tied together in Netsuite. We had many different customers buying, returning, and replacing items. It was an easy way to customize our processes.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you have someone who knows what they're doing explaining the steps to you. If you have to figure it out alone it is very confusing. Having a person who knew the processes made learning the steps a whole lot easier

What do you dislike?

It is too cluttered and difficult to deal with for sales deployment. It窶冱 great for non sales applications but I recommend using something easier and more visual for sales.

What do you like best?

Everything is possible. The really powerful and deep customization options make sure there is never a missing feature.

Do not use it as a sales CRM

What do you dislike?

It shuts down A LOT. Just two days ago it was down for hours, which really hinders a retail store. It's a big learning curve, I feel like you have to take three steps forward in order to get to the place you want at times. For example, when issuing a return, and you need to issue credit it takes almost 10 steps in order to do it. Pretty frustrating for the customer to wait on that.

What do you like best?

It's streamlined our productivity. Easier to make sales orders, etc.

Please for the love of POS systems, when the system goes down update us!

What do you dislike?

When you are editing a deposit, you can only see 50 lines at a time, so you have to use a drop down menu to navigate for every 50 lines. This can be frustrating when I have a large deposit (i.e., 200+lines).

What do you like best?

It's great to know that I can import from a template, which can sometimes be thousands of lines long, rather than having to enter in everything manually. Total time saver!

Great platform, fairly easy to use once you get used to it.
