We're tracking data in entirely new ways and it's easy to get a snapshot in an instant.
What do you dislike?
To be clear, there isn't anything that dislike per se about Pipedrive. The team has done an excellent job of receiving feedback and translating that into features. So, these are features that I hope will be added in the future: ability to add more info to the deals on the mobile app, greater granularity on notifications for admins to keep track of usage, sort and pin features in the notepad. It would be great to have more detailed revenue management fields as we're hacking together a solution to keep track given how our deals are structured.
What do you like best?
The interface is intuitive, and the overall layout incorporates so many visual information relays at once. It shows a lot easily and quickly, it's easy to customize to the needs of your sales team, and it's easy to review, sort and download information for further analysis. Pipedrive allows our team to easily input and make actionable decisions upon hard data and keep everyone on the same page with fewer meetings and click-throughs. The mobile app also works offline, so it's easy to update on-the-go. The customer service is super responsive, helpful and a pleasure to speak with
