What do you dislike?

I would like to segment my deals, so that I can also see in which areas we are selling best. I havent found out yet if this is possible in Pipedrive.

What do you like best?

Pipedrive is a simple and effective tool to manage the accountmanagement for our platform. I love the fact that I can add multiple users and have a clear overview of their deals, upcoming talks and sales effectiveness.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

start using it if you have new salesmanagers of accountmanagers that will have to start up their own business from scratch. It makes them more aware of what they are doing and will give you quicker results.

What do you dislike?

Although it is a work in progress some features such as email should be better integrated.

The tool allows for simple tracking and thus makes a sales person's time in the field all that more efficient.

Understand the flexibility of the product and allow sales teams to tailor to their individual needs and style.

works. adding in email drip campaign component would be nice.

Pipedrive keeps me and my team on top of our prospects. We rely on this for our business! it makes us look awesome b/c of our followup. It is simple and easy to use...and inexpensive.

It is a great beginner CRM system!

We like most of the features, I am not sure of a feature which we don't like. Ofcourse things can be improved and new functionality can be added, Would be great if Pipedrive can be integrated with Social Media softwares, like Facebook, Twitter etc.

What do you like best?

Pipedrive made it easier to manage and measure deals with our business clients. I like all the available features within this online software. We import all our clients as organisations and Contacts in PipeDrive. We also use to create activities and deals with our business clients. Activities let us timely work on the tasks. Reporting is easy here and we can always see the latest summary of our business clients interactions data, We have greatly benefited using this software.
I would also mention about the connectivity it has with Google Apps. Its easy to manage google calendar and sync with Pipedrive. I can also use my google drive documents with Pipedrive via importing google docs to Pipedrive Deals.
It helps a lot with Google apps integration.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I have seen a lot of value using Pipedrive. I would prefer others to use it as well and see how it can make impact to your work. For sure it would be helpful.
