There is no printing on any of the screen and reports .

The ease and simplicity I learnt to drive it in the trial period.

What do you like best?

The system is very easy to use. It gives our business a great financial snapshot of our pipeline. We have the ability to make diary notes, comments, schedule events for client calls, emails sms, etc and you can also email clients from within the Pipedrive system. Personally the activity reminder functionality is one of the best features of the system because it allows me to keep in touch with my clients without the need to rely on my memory or scheduling in outlook. Pipedrive can handle it all.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Strongly recommend trying pipedrive. I found that during my trial period i quickly became reliant on the system and was using it everyday to manage my pipeline and drive better outcomes. Really enjoy using the system. Beats the heck out of using excel spreadsheets and outlook. I hope the pricing stays competitive.

Sometimes I've had trouble saving new contact details.

What do you like best?

What I love about Pipedrive is how intuitive it is. It's so easy to put information in and itemise what tasks need to be done. I'm so busy juggling so many different things, that it's such a relief that all my contacts are stored with notes, so I can leave them for a week, but know what needs to be done when I get back onto it. Activity reminders are also emailed out which as so helpful. I used to use SalesForce and it was expensive and hard to use.

Recommend it to those who want to keep track of all their contacts. Business contacts are such a priceless form of intellectual property that they really need to be managed efficiently.

no calendar for appointments on the mobile app. No way of formatting phone numbers easily

Well designed and easy to use. All devices are always up to date
