Since this is enterprisw tool, not very easy to setup

For a small company, the price is probably a little too high, you are getting a brilliant program that can really save time but for some, it might not be a top priority to spend this much money.

What do you like best?

The amount of information you are able to pull from your network and have displayed in app dynamics is great. You can monitor all of your data without any worries that it may be lagging behind or you are missing information. This allows you to stay ahead on the game in terms of catching app issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want the security of being able to view all of your apps performance data in one place, in real time then this app is great. Keeping all your apps running is important and this will got a long way to making sure this happens.

What do you dislike?

You need to spend time with the setup up, but it's worth the time, it might discourage some.

What do you like best?

The fact you can integrate with more than one framework, such as NodeJS and .Net etc. It also has superb trouble-shooting utilities and it's pretty user friendly.

Spend the time getting your set up right and it will pay off. Extremely useful tool if you need to know where you're suffering with Apps.

The pricing seems to be rather high. It may be outputting to smaller businesses.

AppDynamics allows me to analyse and monitor data without any distractions. A clear, streamlined service which is highly customisable - you only see what you need to.

The ease of the programme that allows us to map our customer journeys through each service. Also the alert service that tells us when our performance isnt as it should be.

This is a very good piece of kit that will improve the way your business runs massively. Will continue to use and will let people know about it.

It can be a bit overwhelming at times, the interface could do with a little more streamlining There are a lot of options available when using it, so that can slow it down a little.

What do you like best?

App Dynamics is a great time saver and very useful for reporting and monitoring in real time. It is very handy to be able to customise what data is actually being reported, so you can monitor exactly the bits you want, with ease. This can save a lot of time by removing any data or information that you have no desire to look at.

The trial lasts for 15 days, so it's worth it to get a feel for everything without any commitment.

The price of the product is a little bit high, i believe that it is well worth it but i think i could be a deciding factor for some businesses.

What do you like best?

The support provided by App Dynamics is second to none, when first setting it up i required some help and the support was great, They explained things in a simple and effective way.

The great thing about app dynamics is that it requires no experience of coding to use it, as this is the case for me i may have need at bit more help from the support team at the beginning but this was no problem for them.

If you are looking for an APM tool give this a go, i doubt you will find it lacking in any department.

. We窶况e only used it during a trial session/period however once we have more usage, we can provide a more accurate response. For now, some colleagues have reported that it can be more complicated than necessary, but that has not been my experience so far.

What do you like best?

This software is really easy to use and understand! AppD afforded us the opportunity to view the entire text of our queries, and the response times for the slower queries. This way we could easily locate which queries were causing a slower functional response to our applications.
