The problems that Cisco Jabber has helped me to solve at work is the speed to communicate and exchange information with colleagues. One of the benefits I realized is that it allows you to organize your contacts by lists that you can create yourself.
What do you dislike?
What I like the least about this application is that the method of searching for people is not very refined: if you do not enter the name and surname in a pre-established order (unknown to users), it does not find results.
What do you like best?
What I like most about Cisco Jabber is how easy and fast you can communicate with co-workers to send you information or share a screen. In addition, having the option to create chats to communicate with several people at once is very useful.
