Great multipurpose product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to collect and house data for multiple purposes and it's very user friendly for the people building forms and the person filling them out. The fact that a pdf can be generated is a bonus. As there are many tools to collect information but most don't return the information to the person completing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to have a form have a more dynamic function, such as the ability to pull information into a form and use it as a look-up form for other forms. We currently have several look-up forms, and those are helpful, but what is lacking is the ability to have it extract data from another source to be a lookup resource.
What do you like best about the product?
Cognito Forms has been a very useful tool within our organization. We use it to administer employee surveys as well as to collect data, pictures and other forms.
Its compatibility with SharePoint is another great feature as it allows us to take the data we collect and use it in other ways or to create work flows that to support follow up and other processes.
