What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have many environments in the cloud, and as a result, we can not give all alarms all the time. With Dynatrace, we have been able to focus only on the important alarms and have debug the problem by the panel itself, nor do we need to enter the host operating system.
Now we just need to equalize the issue I mentioned above, so that we can adopt along with a good licensing agreement to use Dynatrace 100% in our company.
We plan to resell the solution to our internal customers, just as we do with cloud solutions and other services.
What do you dislike?
We find the collection agent a bit instrusive, we wonder if we can make it use less processing and consume less memory for machines with small flavor. Because it can generate overhead when used on machines with lower costs and limited resources. We believe that if we can choose which processes the agent will collect and how it will collect, it makes it much easier to monitor consciously.
What do you like best?
With the use of dynatrace, we were able to visualize our multicloud environment in much more detail.
We own clouds in AWS, Azure, Openstack.

Easy to deploy, easy to manage, install agents on the machine and cross-platform support. if you have a multicloud environment, this tool is perfect to have an overview and to follow each particularity closely.
