What do you dislike?

There are a few features that would make our lives easier, but I can't think of anything bad about Pipedrive. They've made a lot of search and auto-save enhancements recently which have helped.

What do you like best?

As our company grows and our needs change, Pipedrive is flexible enough to keep up

The whole interface is a bit cluttered. It could use some streamlining.

What do you like best?

I love how the system completely automates the contact tracking. They can tell you how, when and why you called your sales prospects.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Get your contacts in as soon as possible as to not forget.

I would like to see a Marketing Campaign that is easy and makes use of templates.

I like the Pipeline tracking, especially for Leads. Easy to use and customize.

What do you dislike?

Some functions like building curated lists can take a bit of time.

The dashboard is great, where you can see the entire pipeline. And move things there itself and also change priorities. You can add tasks, meetings etc without switching screens.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely worth trying out unless you have a massive database, In that case it can be a bit slow.

I don't have a single complaint! It's a fantastic piece of SAAS (but admittedly my requirements are pretty simple)

What do you like best?

Very simple to use, incredibly flexible, and highly customizable. Drag, drop, and customize. Upload spreadsheets, so much more. I also like that it's features aren't bogged down like SalesForce, light enough to jump in and use as a casual user. Lightweight, customizable, simple and fast!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you absolutely can't live with the overwhelming featureset of SalesForce, then PipeDrive is not for you. However, if you want super fast customer management software, THIS IS IT!!!!

What do you dislike?

Seems like I have to reenter information several times between different input panels. For instance, I get a lead I input the the lead details, yet the activity doesn't have the organization name. I also think that people shouldn't be able to hide their communications. Makes it really hard fro someone to come along behind someone else and figure out what the status of the account actually is.

Reminders help keep you on track and doesn't let me miss important steps.

Needs better system of categorizing leads or more ways to note status of leads

Basic free version will track emails and easy to add new contacts

Good for tracking emails and knowing what all team members are working on

The analytics are lacking. Also not able to send emails directly from PD (they say you can, but you actually can't)

Pipedrive is very easy to use and get started. There are more complicated features, but onboarding is very simple. No IT support required.

Nothing. I think this is a great service.

This is a great CRM! I am in Real Estate and love it. It can made customized for any profession.
