What do you dislike?

I dislike that the program can lag when you have multiple conversations occurring at once. As well, when you click on a pop-up, in which a colleague has sent you a message, I wish it would take you to that particular conversation instantly as opposed to taking you to the last one you were on and having you click out of it to get to the relevant conversation.

What do you like best?

Very clearly and simply laid out, with your contacts on the left-side and conversations on the right. The contact you are conversing with is highlighted in a contrasting colour, making it very easy to distinguish who you are speaking with. In your conversation, your text is in teal and flanked right, while your colleague is flanked left, which helps to distinguish who has said what. It is very easy to attach a clipped screenshot, a file, website link, etc. to your colleague so you can discuss relevant information in real-time without having to wait for an email to send. The emojis are a fun additive as well.

What do you dislike?

There is unfortunately very limited continuity between options. There is a choppy, unsophisticated feel to the software overall.

What do you like best?

I enjoy the ability to control a huge amount of features. If you want to do something, there's almost guaranteed to be a way.

I think overall this will be your best options. Just understand, it's a limited product.

What do you dislike?

Perhaps this is more of a system issue, rather than Cisco Jabber itself. But I wish program would sign on automatically when my computer started, rather than always having to sign in before each use. Besides that small thing, there is nothing that I have found thus far that I dislike about the Cisco Jabber program.

What do you like best?

I like having the ability to check phone messages not only from home via the computer but also seeing the transcript of the message. This function makes it super convenient for when I decide to work from home.

Cisco Jabber is by far one of the best Communication Tool ,

It allows for smooth communication between TeamMates. I like how quick and smooth the tool interacts with the Integrated computer system.

This is by far the best tool and everyone should use it.

Nothing that I dislike about jabber. Compared to what we were using it is more secure and a lot more user friendly.

Sometimes pending group invites popup bugs and black out you can not cancel it or accept it.

Also no file-sharing and you can not send screen capture in group conversations.

Jabber is easy to use with soothing user inerface and provides features like group conversations, screen capture sharing, screen sharing also you can take control of a remote system via screen control feature while sharing screen.

Integration with outlook Calendar.

What do you dislike?

Unable to create login preferences (at least where I work) so that ping volume is automatically set to silent. Difficult to do a headset job with loud and constant chiming.

Jabber is a useful tool for communication in a large office space. Quick and easy.

The fact that there is not spell check for the chats.

Not having to constantly get up to check if someone is in in order to ask a question. Just check Jabber and you'll know if they are on their computer.
