The telephone follows you everywhere!!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Even if I don窶冲 find a room with telephone connections to organise meeting, I can use Cisco Jabber. So I don窶冲 need a telephone because with my PC I can do everything I need. this means that the meetings room that I can use are more than before.
What do you dislike?
Maybe the loading time of Cisco jabber when you open the pc is a little bit long.
What do you like best?
With Cisco Jabber you are always connected with your telephone.... even If you aren窶冲 at work.
You can use the telephone also when you don窶冲 have a telephone with you... the only thing that you need is your pc/tablet and you can call everyone (both telephone numbers that mobile numbers). So, for example, if you want to organise a meeting with others in a room without the phone, you can call your colleagues with Cisco Jabber installed in your computer.
