What do you dislike?

Not being able to save conversations and always having to sign out

Group chats, being able to make groups of contacts, status changes, and user profiles

I love that jabber is easy and convenient.

I find sometime jabber takes time to load on first to open , takes lots of resources of computer.

I like all the functionality of cisco jabber which really helped to communicate through our network. It really good with sharing things like screenshot, group chats, etc.

1.When we chat in group we can't share screenshot only one to one person we can send screenshots,

2.we cannot send doc files while discussing issues.

What do you like best?

User can discuss issues by chatting afcourse but can also share screenshots , directly call person with phone icon , make group broadcast messages as well. Easy integration with outlook and sync contacts.

I really did not like it when I had to include new members that were not originally invited, it Buffers when adding new people

I like how easy Cisco Jabber is to use - I have also trained my colleagues in this and they were able to learn quickly

It can have better user interface to make it attractive.

the screen share option and instant messaging.both these things became very easy in for immediate use without much setup.it's like the screen share is just one click away form you.

There are a few quirky things with the software. Sometimes they work sometimes they don't. Like forwarding my phone calls. This could be an issue with our equipment. I'm not sure.

What do you like best?

I love being able to make and receive business phone calls from anywhere I have a network connection. It keeps my personal cell phone number private.

I also like the ability to do screen share when needed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Spend plenty of time in installation prior to rolling it out. We had several issues related to functionality that were eventually cleaned up. My understanding is most issues were related to a quick install and roll-out.
