What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Team building, shared environments for every member of the team. They can really contribute to the team in every way possible. I think my company is really taking profit of the team work that is happening with Sharepoint, as we can access it from inside and outside the organization to work or put our notes on.
What do you dislike?
It could be more intuitive, since the menus are a little bit rough. You can't really share with people outside your organization. The appaerance is not what we could say the best, but I think it does ok in every possible way, as it should be something to work on. Desktop application is something that has to be worked on for sure. And the front page editor of the Sharepoint main page of the team seems like something that should be worked on too.
What do you like best?
Integration with the whole office pack is really awesome in every possible way. It's nice to see how you can switch and use word+excel+onedrive in the same pack with almost no jumps between them. Version repository into Sharepoint it's really nice too, it makes really easy to go from a previous version to another, and that is for sure very important in my daily basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would really recommend using SharePoint if handling a serious amount of workers out of the same project.
