Creating detailed estimation with detailed WBS, creating meaningful reports from big data, it solves the problem of unprofessional content in important emails, it saves time and efforts with its reliable features.
What do you dislike?
It is not very easy to understand all what is required to create a professional document, also it has no automatic help illustrating what should you do in a specific problem.
It has no AI to detect what I'm trying to do and help me when I stuck in something.

I like best the performance of all products in Microsoft office, each product is free of bugs and very robust, I often use the MS Word in almost all of my daily work, I always use it while reviewing technical problems, so I write my solution proposal and review it and I can edit it very easily, also I use it to beautify the content I need to send by email, as it really has a very awesome editing tools, allows you to create a very professional content can be used as a part of a web site, email or any type of documentation documents.
I always use Excel while estimating needed tasks to done to achieve a specific objective, so it facilitates automatic calculations and I can generate very meaningful reports from an Excel sheet with huge data.
