What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Comms, documentation, etc.
What do you dislike?
I have to admit that every new year when the ribbons/menus get moved around and some of my commonly used functionality disappears down a rabbit hole, I find this extremely annoying.
Give you a clue, if you have to create a game "Office Ribbon hero" to teach people how to use your new user interface, it's probably badly designed...

Microsoft Word, and the ability to generate documentation that even my colleagues can comprehend.
Recommendations to others considering the product
find an office champion for each product, somebody who uses it in their spare time, and uses it for their own projects. Have IT refer any questions to them, they'll enjoy it and IT won't have to work out how to use mail merge!
