What do you dislike about the product?

I have trouble with specific graphics drivers. Intel Iris comes to mind.

What do you like best about the product?

I find the multimonitor feature very handy because it combines all monitors in a single window, which I can stretch across my local monitors to get a full view of the entire system. I also use the file transfer service regularly for quick transfers of small files. The initial setup of Splashtop Remote Support is very simple with just a single executable file and some power settings to change, making the system ready for remote access.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike the access control process for individual users in Splashtop Remote Access. It's tedious to add an entire team to a single computer through the admin portal since each user must have distinct access granted to their account. This process becomes especially cumbersome and repetitive when managing a team of 15 users.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that Splashtop Remote Access provides superior performance compared to other remote access products, especially for our CAD team, by minimizing lag and offering a seamless experience. I find it incredibly valuable that Splashtop works efficiently even for our lower-need users, mitigating issues that are typically related to end-user knowledge rather than software malfunction. The ease of installation and maintenance of this software is a significant advantage for me, as it doesn't require admin credentials for updates, simplifying technical management tasks. The web-based installer feature stands out, allowing me to send installation links to users across different companies with minimal interaction required from our internal team, significantly saving time and labor costs. Overall, I find that the initial setup of Splashtop Remote Access was remarkably easy, which made transitioning to this tool stress-free and efficient.

I feel like sometimes the connection can be buggy if people are using a different version of Splashtop Remote Support than you are.

I really appreciate how easy it is to remote in using Splashtop Remote Support; it simplifies my tasks considerably in the IT field. Its feature of displaying a comprehensive list of system specifications and the last login details of clients is extremely helpful and allows for efficient management and upgrade decisions. The setup process was super simple, which made the transition seamless for my team. I value how Splashtop Remote Support has streamlined solving customer issues related to emails and computers, and after using it for such a long period, over five years, I've found it reliable and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I really don't like that when adding users to each remote access, the users' emails are not listed alphabetically. This is one of the most frustrating things because it doesn't show me a full list of users either. I would appreciate having a search feature when adding users to a computer or at least listing them in their entirety and/or alphabetically.

I really appreciate how Splashtop Remote Access simplifies remote connectivity for my end users, allowing them to access their work computers using their own personal devices. This functionality resolves a significant issue for us, providing flexibility and enhancing security by enabling remote support and safer sessions rather than relying on a straightforward RDP session. I am very impressed by the simplicity and ease of use of the user interface, which makes navigating the system straightforward. The capability to manage admin access per user is another feature I value highly, as it helps tailor access control to individual needs. Moreover, the ability to see the total number of users and computers listed is incredibly useful for overview purposes, as it helps manage high-level visibility without confusion, while also letting me focus on 'My Computers' for a more concise view. The initial setup of Splashtop Remote Access was notably very easy, further cementing its user-friendliness and efficiency in our daily operations.

It seems like these types of software could do so much all in one package--especially since they install an agent on each device. But it doesn't do everything.

It's simple to setup, deploy, and use. It's also relatively inexpensive.

The only thing I dislike, and it rarely happens is that I have had where it will log a user out of their account for some reason. Again, it is so rare that I have never had a need to contact support.

Splash top remote support is simple to use and setting it up literally takes 2 minutes. I use it every day and it makes my job a lot less stressful. I am sure the customer support is on point, but to be honest I have never had a need to contact them. I really enjoy the number of features it has, one of my favorites being the task manager button at the top. Integrating it into new pcs is 1 click, and the install is super easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

I haven't found anything that I don't like about it, especially more than other products that I've used like Logmein or Teamviewer.

What do you like best about the product?

It's fast, easy and reliable. It's also inexpensive compared to other similar products. The SoS feature is so handy for the occasional system outside of our normal group of computers.

I'm not really sure that there is anything.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Splashtop Autonomous Endpoint Management to automatically install updates and patches on endpoints for my client workstations. A day doesn't go by that I am not remoting into a computer using Splashtop. It makes it easy to manage updates on the endpoints, view what updates are needed, view hardware and software inventory, and so much more. I can also remote into a command prompt and run commands without actually having to remote into the computer and interrupt the user. Creating update schedules and policies is very easy. It also works fantastic with Splashtop Endpoint Security!

What do you dislike about the product?

Not being able to reliably wake up our computers despite having them configured to be able to be awoken from power off or sleep and having at least one other Splashtop equipped computer on the local network. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not.

What do you like best about the product?

The confidence I have to remotely log in to the computer of people having difficulty knowing that it will be nearly like being in front of it and being able to resolve issues quickly and keep our medical offices working smoothly. We have 7 offices and so there is a need every day to log into the remote computers and I never have any doubts about being able to get in and do my job.
