the best tool to remember everything. very comfortable filters and entering of information. very easy for manager to control task of each employee by using filters
What do you dislike?
integration only with couple of mail clients. it would be great to have integration with MAIL (windows email client) and ZIMBRA. I hate mobile version, it is useless. Link and file adding to topics is uncomfortable, requires lots of actions (would be great to use drag and drop option for links - now this drag and drop creates only new topic/task, but it could not be added as a link to a topic)
What do you like best?
very comfortable filters and entering of information. very easy for manager to control task of each employee by using filters. I like I have desktop version, it is great. It is very comfortable adding new tasks not using mouse. Great navigation. I love power filters.
One of the best options is map linking - it is possible to add any map to any topic, and You can crate a different map from already existing topic with all subtopics with automatic linking. This is helpful, if Your main map grows and becomes too big and hard to overview - you just transfer part of the map to another map and You will not loose a link to it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if You work with MAIL or Zimbra, you are not able to transfer tasks or meetings from Mind manager
