What do you dislike about the product?

File transfer during live sessions, as long as i used it, feels slow when compared with other vendors that, of course, are much more expensive; it is not an issue but could be better

What do you like best about the product?

Unattended access is a great feature; remote support in a single pane is also excellent and been able to use in Windows, iOS, android, mac OS, and Linux all in a secure environment, is great

What do you dislike about the product?

The online/offline status markers have proven to be somewhat unreliable. Once a connection is established, it is quick and stable, but the actual connecting process is slightly slow. Does not offer full support for control of ceratin devices. As the one initiating the connection, the process if user friendly and intuitive, for the client on the other end, there could be more precise instructions, with more help to navigate permissions.

What do you like best about the product?

Built-in integration with other Zoho products which we already use. Connections are quick and stable. Options to remotely restart or shut down machines is a nice feature that is appreciated. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, and file transfers are quick and easy. Being budget-friendly is also a nice bonus.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not as quick or 'light' as AnyDesk & Teamviewer, but it is not a significant complaint. Zoho Desk is an excellent alternative to previously mentioned market leaders.

What do you like best about the product?

Multiple platform support and devices help with a wide range of support to various users with barely any restrictions on the OS, form factor etc. Do not need to download the desktop application as it is web-based.

Zoho Pro License should support recording.

What do you like best about the product?

We are using Zoho assist in our company for remote administration and management. it is a more secure and reliable tool. We can enable multifactor authentication; we can use admin privilege mode to secure the credentials, we can add technicians to the existing remote session, we can allow black screen and many more. The best is we can record the session for auditing purposes.

What do you dislike about the product?

Switching from the free user to the subscription model during the uncontrollable inflation and competition across the industry. At present, the overheads and compliances make wastage with less time towards profit generation

What do you like best about the product?

Spreadsheet and presentations on the cloud make it easy to share across clients and the team. Also helps in consultation of tax calculation with online invoice generation.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing such as this is the platform corporates are using for better connectivity and multitasking. Also, the chat option is much helpful for better understanding and live connectivity.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho is one of the best platforms to work with the combined screen simultaneously with smooth understanding and better visualization. Even the chat option is much more helpful for communicating.

Till now there wasn't any issue with ziho assist. I have found it easiest among other softwares.

Zoho Assist is a Remote support and remote access tool which helps ITSM administrators access and manage laptops and mobiles efficiently. Just need few clicks for secure support service to customers without much efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?

It takes time sometimes to communicate or answer.
Two major dislikes about it as below .
1) connection issues , sometimes screen doesn't display properly.
2) updates does go properly sometimes so we either need to remove or reinstall the software again.

What do you like best about the product?

It's user friendly and easy to use. It's a cloud based remote support so it is more secure and reliable to use. We can connect on any of the endpoint devices like - laptop, computers or tablets etc

It's not quite easy to label items in the program itself.

It's very user friendly, best thing is it works really well on tablets and mobile devices too. For us that is a big win since we use a lot of them and need to reach them from time to time.
