What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When my client was in an important presentation with foreign delegates, and suddenly, between meetings, his system got attacked by ransomware. At that, I called the arcserve team, who helped us within a minute with less data loss and the remaining also gets recovered after some time. It used support for data backups by a reputed firm worldwide, AWS S3.
What do you dislike about the product?
I choose it randomly on this platform. It gains my and my client's trust. Its flexibility in management is best perfect and also valuable for time. There are no dislike features.
