What do you dislike?

Nothing yet and I am still looking for faults, this has been one of the best platform to.work with.both professional and personal

What do you like best?

So I work with a Car shipping company and Dialpad is the software out of the many that we use , "why" you ask

So let me tell you:

1. It is very easy to use( user friendly )
2. Its very flexible ( it acts as a cell phone, you can text back fo those who like that method )
3. its also very team oriented( I can see my team members activities( whether they are on a call or not before transfering calls)
4. It on the 3 major platforms : Windows , Android and Apple ) .......no one is left out
5. The quality is unseemingly perfect, you never have a thought of calls quality because it's clear always

Sometimes the app on my computer doesn't quite sync with my mic, but then I just use my phone.

What do you like best?

I love that I can take calls from my computer or my phone. I can separate my business and personal life via the Dial pad app. It is also super convenient to take calls from my computer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you have a company of 50+, this is a must have!

There isn't much to dislike, everything has been fantastic so far.

Dialpad feature set is second to none and the ease of install makes them an easy choice

Nothing its pitch-perfect - i would highly recommend you to go with dial pad as it is the best among all.

The texting option is the best when it comes to dialpad, moreover, if you are using dialpad for your business its the best when it comes to online calling
