What do you dislike about the product?

A little expensive compared to other solutions and competitors for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?

I like the Simple yet detailed UI of Mailjet. It is straightforward to set up. Adding the domain, its DKIM configuration is also easy to set up.

What do you dislike about the product?

The takeover of Mailjet by its competitor Mailgun and later Sinch, and the implications on EU data protection, should have been much better communicated. Given the strict European data protection legislation (GDPR), customers need a notice well in advance when a European company is taken over by a Non-European entity.

Mailjet is a well-established email marketing solutions service, which means that customers can easily find hundreds of options to integrate with their existing toolchain.

I dint find a dislike. It was like all other platform. But the price was high

Pricing can be one of the concerns compared to other platforms, but you can always get the best value if you can utilize all the features they provide.

Mailjet helps you send unique marketing emails to your customers without much technical knowledge. Coming from Sinch, this platform has the best features that you can compare to other popular platforms.

The design options are a little limited. Having more customizations available would definitely be of more help.

If you are a small business, it is one of the most cost-effective email marketing solutions starting at only $15/mo. Most of the emails that I've sent via Mailjet have avoided spam filters, so I am extremely happy with the solution.

What do you dislike about the product?

The service can be improved in two segments mainly for the support requests and removing the per-day limits on the free plan we might send 1000 emails in one day and then not use the rest emails for some weeks.

Their free plan is better when compared to similar service providers and also the delivery rate is far better than the competitors for SMTP usage on the WordPress website.

Not much to dislike about it. However, the inability to view an already sent email is a bummer for me. As someone who sends 1000+ monthly emails, I dont always remember what I wrote in a particular mail. There should be proper capability to view any sent transactional mail

What do you like best about the product?

I am using it as an SMTP for sending mails from WordPress. It works flawlessly, robust insights, a lot of data, and very stragihtforward setup. A really generous free plan coupled with a lot of really cool features.

It also provides marketing realted tools as well, including ability to create campaigns. I personally use it for transactional mails only, but it is a really great tool for a majority of use cases.
