What do you dislike about the product?

The service is horrid. If you have a critical issue, there is no way to contact support other than tickets, which take up to 24 hours to reply. I tried upgrading to a monthly premium plan in order to get better support, but since I am on a yearly plan, this was not possible. I would have to buy the premium plan for the entire year. Meanwhile, our email service is down.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use and reasonably priced. They offer plans with less than 50000 emails per month.

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't really enjoy the design of Mailjet. I find it to be very cluttered and unorganized. Additionally, the interface is not very user friendly. It can be difficult to find what you're looking for, and the navigation is confusing at times. Overall, I would not recommend Mailjet to anyone.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how Mailjet makes it easy to organize my email by topic. It's great to be able to see all my newsletters in one place, and it's really easy to unsubscribe from newsletters if I don't want them anymore. Plus, the templates are really user-friendly and make creating emails a breeze. Overall, I'm really happy with Mailjet and would definitely recommend it to others!

Pricing is a concern as compared with its competitors, it offers higher pricing. Its technical integration is complex and not user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?

It has an intuitive email builder feature to make the email look very attractive and user-friendly. It also enables us to do segmentation, tagging, follow GDPR rules and much more.

What do you dislike about the product?

They need to work on the email template in the market always template will be updated but mailjet has a limited template directory, so need to update it. Also need to support the AMP template.

What do you like best about the product?

The best thing is their email delivery solution, you can upload unlimited contacts and send campaigns, also many more options to make the email list cleaner with segmentation and automation.

What do you dislike about the product?

I actually don´t dislike anything. It´s easy to use and very straight forward. I would maybe change the way it looks so it´s nicer but it´s a very useful app that I would recommend.

What do you like best about the product?

That you can send a ton of emails at the same time and also track their statistics. View which users opened the email, clicked or deleted. It´s a very user friendly platform.

Firstly the price is a bit high compared to other platforms but is ok because of the features. The platform could add a few more choices of templates as it is very limited. They can also include landing page options since it is not currently available on the platform.

Email campaigns could be made easily and effortlessly with Mailjet. The platform is very user-friendly and helps you track and monitor the emails sent. One of the best features of Mailjet is that it is very collaborative. All the team members can work together on the email campaigns. Creating contact lists and setting up automation could be easily done. Mailjet also supports great integrations including eCommerce platforms. The templates are good and can be edited quickly and efficiently to create marketing campaigns.

What do you dislike about the product?

The documentation is average and that makes working with MailJet a bit hard as you can end up spending a lot of your time figuring out how to properly set up various services provided within. Filtering through the database could be improved as well.

What do you like best about the product?

I appreciate that MailJet includes features like transactional emails/SMS, which makes the work a lot easier. Live collaboration through MailJet is also smooth, plus you don't have to worry about the contact storage limit. Creating templates and starting campaigns is really easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Although Mailjet is one of the best software around, the things I dislike are the lack of advanced segmentation and automation conditions in the software which is a basic requirement. Plus Mailjet also lacks a landing page builder which is actually available with tools like Getresponse.

Mailjet is one of the best yet most affordable software for email marketing campaigns SMS campaigns, newsletter creation, email template building etc. Its collaborative features help the marketers and developers to collaborate, hence helping it stand out among the others.

Although Mailjet is very much likeable on all the aspects the only things I dislike are the limitation of segmentation element which is quite a necessary thing in marketing campaigns. Additionally the list management isn't exactly user-friendly here which makes it difficult for running campaigns.

With its array of choices, features, and pricing policies Mailjet is one of the best tools in market to create, track and automate email both the marketing campaigns and transactional emails hence flourishing the business.
