What do you dislike?

One of the earlier issues that has now been eliminated was that the Citrix platform used to time out after 30 minutes or so. However that limitation has now been alleviated.

Use Citrix to login to the firm's network desktop system (NDS) to be able to access the desktop anywhere across the globe . The Citrix platform is a seamless way of being able to stay connected to business.

It is quite complex and can be difficult to troubleshoot issues

The ability to deliver apps quickly and effectively. The ability to upgrade and patch virtual machines without the need for downtime and provides a seamless experience for the users

Easy to implement and use. Relatively easy adoption.

Can sometimes be slow and users have issues with multiple desktops

Access to ERP system remotely from anywhere

It takes several attempts and minutes to log in. It kicks you out the first few times. And then you cannot access everything. For example one cannot access auto deposit/ paychecks.

I can access work software from home, write notes, check email.

This is a pretty good software. I don't know of a comparable product so I cannot compare whether there is better or worse.

Slow at times. Working in an ER, we need things to move a bit faster.

Having everything I need to do my job all on one space.

The service is very good but sometimes they take some time to revert to you

Licensing model is not very clear, need to spent some time to understand what you need

Citrix allows deployment both on-premises and in cloud, helps to isolate personal computers of remote users from your company network infrastructure, provigint all needed application right on virtual desktop.

The application can be slow to start and freezes sometimes

It's very user friendly and easy to figure out
