global sandardisation across 130 countries and multiple processes and unified administration of hr services at speed and ease
What do you dislike?
UX , lack of coherence between learning, talent, career and performance module , too many clicks to do embeded tasks
What do you like best?
we are the early adopters of oracle hcm and we have been able to extend it across all modules globally. The beauty of the product is in ease of access, speed of the process and guided navigation for the users.The new releases have incorporated more advanced features and functionalities and we are looking fw to what all r13 can do
