What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We replaced and created new dashboards instead of reports that some times are more awkward to use and require more development work.
What do you dislike?
The dashboard's positioning grid is too large.
You can not set the chart colors independently.
You can not set the fonts colors independently.
You can not manage\change the fonts (style and size) in the dashboards
What do you like best?
Processing speed of the data, ease of use, appealing graphic appearance, interactive dashboards.
