Very Efficient, but Timing Varies
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Gathering information from a market level or ROI on a client base. It makes it very easy to see when something is going well or needs improvement.
What do you dislike?
The timing varies, it can either come within minutes or hours - not very consistent.
What do you like best?
I love that I am able to get reporting that I need and it available in a clear cut format.
