Great ATS tool for a Staffing Firm!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The business problems that we are solving is tracking applicants, posting new jobs quickly on company website, and communicating with applicants via Zoho is great for tracking information. The benefits is that Zoho is reasonably priced and it does everything that a pricer ATS does which is wonderful for a staffing company starting out.
What do you dislike?
Customization is limited and a few check boxes could be removed to allow a smoother job posting.
What do you like best?
It's web based and no implementation needed, links to our website easy, and user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are just starting a staffing business or need something easy but be able to track candidates applications and client information ... Zoho is the right system!
