What do you dislike?

I don't like the app. It isn't as intuitive as the site itself. Also, I'm not fond of the bulk scheduler. Great concept, but not ideal for someone that doesn't focus solely on social media. I don't have time to create CSV files so something a little more intuitive would be great. Also, there isn't a function for a company page and showcase page posts on LinkedIn. This would be great.

I love that Instagram posts are easy to make than other platforms. It's a great feature!

not able to resize the columns, not much else I have found wrong yet but would like more features available for instagram

The ease of use, I particularly like more than Hootsuite so far, but still learning. IE was easier to set up and hootsuite connections keep breaking at the moment

nice and easy to test, love the way zoho is doing there own promotion here really impressive

I wish you would be able to upload to a gallery on Zoho allowing images to be hosted by them.

I like the ability to schedule using CSV files. I also like how responsive the interface is and mobile app ability.

If you are looking to streamline your social media, Zoho offers the tools and ability to do so.

The Price, it is very expensive if you run more than 5 accounts

Ease of use, never crashing like Hootsuite

Honeslty, not much. It was a little clunky to add multiple twitter accounts, but overall the UI is quite easy. Plus, the support team is helpful.

Cannot properly use mentions when posting to multiple platforms (this isn't a surprise because it almost seems impossible to do this.)

Cannot post multiple pictures to Instagram.

I like how I can schedule posts quickly to all platforms. And I like that Zoho shows an estimate of what the best times are to post for my audience.

Zoho Social is a great tool for posting content to multiple social media platforms on a schedule but also a great analytics and reporting tool.

What do you dislike?

- Calendar is only for professional trial

- Zoho is not connected to Pinterest and Tumblr (it's hard to find a free Pinterest scheduling tool, that is why I have to look for a tool that has a Pinterest integration)

- One time I schedule a post and can not edit it - which raises my doubt about its stability.

What do you like best?

What I like most is the display of all social channels' updates in one page, which makes it easier for me to keep track of the posts as well as each channels' status.

Not to mention scheduling a post is simple and easy, the overall design is also simple to work with.

Zoho can post directly to Instagram - not all scheduling tools are allowed to do that, a big plus for this app.

If you want a fine tool at an acceptable price, Zoho is a good choice. The overall design is simple yet effective to work with and the quality of the images - which will get published on social channels will be preserved. One notable feature of this app is that it can post directly to Instagram (try looking into other products and you will find out how rare it is for an app to be allowed to post directly to Instagram, most apps requires the reminders, not direct post).
