What do you dislike?

I dislike how links are automatically shortened. Sometimes I want the link to show for branding. Maybe you can turn off this feature, but I'm not sure how.

What do you like best?

I've used other social media scheduling platforms before and I really like Zoho's user interface and ease of use. From the posting, scheduling, reporting and dashboards - it's all very simple.

What do you dislike?

Vivo en Cuba y no puedo pagar por un plan que no sean free. Entiendo que tiene un precio justo, pero es imposible para mﾃｭ pagarlo.

Es una gran herramienta, fﾃ｡cil de usar, no requiere validaciones en el mﾃｳvil lo cual facilita su uso desde una pc. Es la ﾃｺnica que no me ha fallado cuando hago schedule.

What do you dislike?

Like any social manager, the fact that tags are not the same across the board - i.e. a LinkedIn tag will not equate tot eh same person in a Twitter post.

What do you like best?

Love the auto queuing which post at a prime time according to your audience. Also, the analytics & engagement scores are great for feeding back to my line manager.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Not that I can think of. Perhaps, computer notifications over emails ones for hen things have been posted.

What do you dislike?

Sadly, the free and low cost plans do not allow for the additional brand. For us 2 brands, 2 or 3 users and 3 or 4 social media accounts would be a great balance at an affordable price.

What do you like best?

The ability to create different brands and add social media accounts linked to each is a real bonus and makes it really easy to use to boost the social media presence of our business.

What do you dislike?

We are still fairly new to Zoho right now so at the minute I haven't found anything I dislike. I'm still a bit in awe of everything it has.

What do you like best?

The extensive tools and intuitive data feedback to help you schedule your posts for maximum effect. Just such great services. Plus, the plan costs less than other services we've used previously that have 1/5 of the functionality Zoho has.

So far I cant see anything that I dislike really.

Zoho Social is the best social media platforms online! So far i have used 6 platforms and Zoho is way ahead of the rest!

All you have to do is give it a go! you wont go back to any other platform

Losing connection with some social media platforms occasionally and having to reconnect.

the automation and scheduling. I like the plug ins to all the social medias in one location.

Nothing so far! It has been a super easy app to use, and I love the mobile version. I can easily post while on the go, it's so much easier to keep up with my posting I can do it once a week or once a month

Zoho Social is the best social media planner we've used to date! The other ones we tried distorted the picture quality and Zoho does not- so happy about that! It's also a great price, and you can set your posts to repeat, which is saving me so much time!!! Just thought I'd share so others could benefit. Totally Recommend!

So far, I have not found anything to dislike about it! Easy to set up and connect all social accounts in One Click.

What do you like best?

Quick and easy to use, provides a very useful overview of your social media reach, making planning easier.

I love the graphical presentation of the data, and the way it lets you quickly and easily figure out which type of content is most popular with your followers, which makes it easier to plan future posts.

It has a very useful ability to add multiple users with different roles to monitor and analyse different aspects of your campaigns.
