What do you dislike?

Unable to edit photo, to set the place, to publish carousel in instagram.

The tool is really helpful and easy-to-use but unfortunately many managers are not willing to pay for such tools, despite of its usefulness.

What do you like best?

The planning feature is super-useful, I can plan posts for the whole week according to the content plan and just see them publishing. SmartQ is another cool feature.

Try this tool to save your time and take your posting under control.

What do you dislike?

Would have loved using the premium account but it is pretty expensive, most especially when you are bootstrapping as start-ups.

What do you like best?

Zohosocial is Insightful, intuitive and easy to use. You can collaborate with other members of your team and assign responsibilities. I like the fact that you can even schedule posts for a later date and can measure your ad impact.

Zoho social is easy to use and makes you more effective. It's worth trying out.

Nothing at all. The features I really needed where here on Zoho so I am very happy

I love how I can schedule the same post throughout the month on different days. It's so convenient

There's no YouTube integration, though this is fairly common for apps of this kind, at this pricepoint.

Zoho has the cleanest interface of the apps I have tested.

the scheduling calendar, the ease of use through the interface. i love that they notify you when your content is going live. this app is simply the best for scheduling posts

Zoho does everything you need in a clean and simple manner with so many benefits. I researched every other platform out there and didnt feel good about a choice when i found zoho i knew i was home.

The UX and visual design could be worked on.

What do you like best?

It includes all social networks for a cheap price, it works really well, and is easy to use. I had so many issues with Hootsuite. The analytics are simple and the UX is very friendly.

Unfortunately, I was quite shocked at the pricing. It does seem to be dearer than some of it's competitors. However I find that it's such a friendly platform that really helps you gain the valuable insights you need to take your business to the next level - whether you are trying to get more sales, become more active on social media platforms, or simply to be more organised - Zoho will get you there.

What do you like best?

I think zoho is intuitive, easy to understand/navigate and in my opinion, I think even people who have limited experience with CRM's and social media etc will be able to operate, utilise and learn from this service. I think it makes something essential for small businesses accessible. The one thing that really stood out was the amount of training available on how to use the system, as well as tips/ideas on how you could potentially grow your business.

I've already recommended it to several people,and in fact one of my previous workplaces signed up on the back of my recommendation.

The one drawback is the inability to (@) tag users in your posts. This is not Zoho's fault however, this is due to changes in privacy and API's for social media platforms.

Overall, ZOHO SOCIAL is great because the dashboard is easy to set up, monitor and generate reports. I recommend this platform for beginning Social Media marketers or those who want to automate and take a deep dive on their personal social media klout.
