What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the need for more and more security, both privately and at work, having strong passwords is imperative, but who can memorize a truly strong password? This has made it easy to remember one strong password to access it and then let it remember the rest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't login properly with the chrome plugin and you have to remove and add again to get it to work if you don't want to close out of everything.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how it connects into my iPhone and also my browser. It makes it easy to access my mobile apps and website passwords in a snap.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great add on product to the zoho one suite of products. But you can also get it for free which is better than the other apps that I have seen that require you to pay for a mobile app etc.
