What do you dislike about the product?

My least favorite thing is the Functional or Supervisor not being able to enroll a team member in a course, from the User portal. They want you to use the Admin Portal for managers to enroll their team. But I think that is the wrong way to go.. Managers should be able to enroll in User Portal without requiring approval from the Admin. That is a waste of time.

What do you like best about the product?

I think it's fairly intuitive. I like the Admin portal for managing the company through Departments and Groups. We have an easy setup for self-enrollment which works well. Their customer support is quick.
The Admin portal features made it fairly simple to organize content. I like the Catalog organization.

Some of the permissions are clunky, e.g., who can do what within an org

Simple, easy-to-use interface. I have been a customer in the past and have had great experience with the product.

I haven't discovered any downsides to using iSpring Learn so far.

What do you like best about the product?

Having only the Starter level of iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite Max, I can still say that iSpring Learn has a ton of capabilities. Between gamification, reports, user management, learning material storage and organization, and creating learning tracks for various departments, iSpring learn has changed the path for our organization - and just in time for expansion. This will be an invaluable tool for our growth. My favorite feature is the easy and fast creation of lesson pages right from the online portal for both macro and micro learning. The drag and drop functionality paired with the sleak and visually appealing UI is wonderful. Integrating new trainings into our onboarding and recurrent training processes is now easier than ever. The Account Executive and Customer Support team have been invaluable in the implementation process. They are incredible friendly, quick at replies, and extremely helpful every step of the way. The platform is so easy to use that I use it every day, and my organization has plans to integrate it into every facet of our company.

Greater integration with user directory would be helpful in terms of keeping user information up to date.

I appreciate the simplicity of the product, yet it provides varied ways to create and deliver learning content to our employees.
When we have had to engage customer support, they have been very helpful and efficient.

It is very user friendly for both learners and trainers. I can quickly create a course, interactive quizzes, record and much more without much hassle. The best part is it has lot features at very fair prize.

It's a good software. But some times it's a bit slow while open a new course.

Its user friendly interface is very help full. Always when I use it to complete my e learning I learn something new.

It does not offer the same level of course authoring features and flexibility as some standalone eLearning tools.

iSpring Learn has an intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both administrators and learners to navigate the platform. Also, it allows to create interactive and engaging eLearning content, including courses, quizzes, simulations, and more. I also like the SCORM and xAPI Compatibility.
