No dislikes about Kaizala and haven't found any issues till date.

What do you like best about the product?

Kaizala is very unique with privacy and full secured tool. It has limited number of features which is required by a organization. It also has frequent updates and it's implementation is also easy.

What do you dislike about the product?

kaizala is having a paid feature where we cant able to use personal microsoft account to integrate with calendars.

Many tools are there but the usage of automation of calendar is not free.

Kaizala is most encrypted channel for video conferencing where other video conferencing tool are not good with AI plugins like noise and gesture compression.

What do you dislike about the product?

Regarding Kaizala's dislike, I have nothing to say. We have been using this for a year and have not observed anything. This is based on my perspective. However, occasionally I believe that it takes a little while for the app to launch and load the chats.

Instead of using WhatsApp for internal team communications, this app is being used professionally in our company. It has aided us in keeping an attitude of professional skepticism.

Permissions should be set while installing the app, most users can't give necessary permissions.

It has a better video calling performans than most of the apps around. I also like cropping photos while sending.

I have been using Kaizala for a long time with office groups to manage chat groups and share documents. It is smooth and provides safety to chats and documents. Introduction to web portal enhances ease of use.

the users of this applications are limited, its not publically available as whatsapp publicised it self. 90% plus people using whatsapp considering it we need to use whatsapp compulsory.

this is one of the great tool to communicate between employees in organisation its secured. but after its converting to microsoft team now team is more simpler and easier then kaizala old application still we using the both.

the limited integration options with other software and tools. the app can consume a significant amount of data and battery life, especially when used for video or voice calls. Overall, while Kaizala is a powerful tool, it may be the best fit for every organization.

the User interface reminds me of Skype for Business. Not sure whether it has integration with One drive so that I can easily share my one drive docs. Sometimes stuck with notifications.

It's very simple in terms of sign-up. Linking my office account was a nice feature. The best app to collaborate with your colleagues and friends if you are out-of-office. The personal message feature is a great thought. Looking for a way to take a quick snip of particular 1 or 2 message blocks and share it as an Image.
