社内の同僚とのコミュニケーションにKaizalaを利用しています。チャットとは別に、重要なファイルやメディアの共有に使用します。Web版からもアクセスでき、とても便利です。
改善してほしいポイントは何でしょうか？
UIデザインは他のソーシャルアプリと似ているため、別のデザインにする必要があります。
KaizalaアプリのWebバージョンは時々動作せず、電話がロックされていると「電話が接続されていません」というメッセージが表示され続けます。
ユーザー名のような機能を提供して、ユーザー名で簡単に検索できるようにすると便利です。
この製品・サービスの良いポイントは何でしょうか？
カイザラ、アプリの名前は最初はかなりいいです。ユーザーインターフェースはシンプルで優れており、メッセージや連絡先に簡単にアクセスできます。音声通話やビデオ通話、グループの作成、ブロードキャストなど、さまざまな機能を利用できます。ディスカバーメニューも便利です。「利用可能なアイテム」は、投票、求人、会議、アンケートなどのアクティビティを追跡できるアプリの優れた機能の1つです。Kaizalaでは、記録や参照用にメディアやメッセージを送信できるMe（セルフアカウント）としてドラフトアカウントも提供しています。

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Kaizala for communicate with colleagues at office. Apart from chatting, we use it for important file and media sharing. It is also accessible through Web version which is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the UI design look similar to othe social apps it needs to be designed differently.
Web version of Kaizala app not work sometime and keep showing message 'Phone not connected' if phone is locked.
It would be great if they provide username like features, so one can easily search by one's username.
What do you like best about the product?
Kaizala, name of the app is pretty good at first. User interface is simple and good, easy access to message and contacts, lots off features available like we can make voice and video calls, create groups and broadcast. Discover menu is also useful. 'Available items' is one of the good feature of app where you can track your activities like Poll, Jobs, Meetings, Survey, etc. Kaizala also provide Draft account as Me (self account) , where you can send media and message for your record and reference.
