What do you dislike?

I wish it came included in the microsoft 360 suite.

What do you like best?

I liked how easy it was to use. If you have experience with microsoft office, it's like second nature.

Recommendations to others considering the product

They should include it in the office 360 or not make it so pricey. it would be better for smaller companies to use if it werent for the price.

Manual settings as default can be little annoying at times.

Simple to use and yet can get complicated job done with multiple options to show outputs.

Cost/ Budget portion is not well developed

As well if you have a lot of activities happening on the same day the formatting does not keep up well and stuff gets cut off easily

Very user friendly and easy to understand, there are lots of options to customize the schedule

Sometimes printing methods are not working right

Easy to use, easy to show your rersults to my boss and to the ones who are interested on my projects

I felt I needed to take a training course to understand the full capabilities of MS Project. Some features are easy to learn but I did feel confident using the program until I had taken the training.

What do you like best?

I love how easy it is to keep up with team members throughout the project duration and have track of what is to be done next and love the different type of representation possible like graphical, pie chart and other cost analysis.

Definitely give it a try - it will surprise you with it's intuitive software.

The fact that you cant create a separate list for each association that i manage

Organizes my action items and keeps my tasks organized perfectly

Microsoft project is not the ideal tool for agile project management

Hecho de menos una integracion mas fuerte en el paquete Office (no viene integrado por defecto). Tambien es complicado manejar versiones de los documentos si estas han sido realizadas con una version del SW superior a la que dispones.

Es una herramienta qu utiliza los estﾃ｡ndares mas extendidos en la planificacion de actividades y recursos en el mundo de la gestion de proyectos. La mayor ventaja es su intuitiva interfaz visual (WYSIWYG), amplia adopciﾃｳn en distintas empresas y departamentos, lo cual te permite compartir tus planificaciones sin problemas de compatibilidad.

Por compatibilidad y amplia disponibilidad. Es ampliamente extendido y utilizado como herramienta de gestion de proyectos.

No estﾃ｡ integrado al 100 % con Planner y se dificulta actualizar las tareas.

Muestra el diagrama Gantt fﾃ｡cilmente en la herramienta
