Easy to use with training
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is easy to see what is going on cross business, which has allowed us to consolidate spend when able.
What do you dislike?
The fact that it is web-based is frustrating, there is an applet that is requires to run which resets and can cause issues with the company securities. It also does not work with Google Chrome, requiring one to constantly use internet explorer or firefox; this is not my preferred browser at work.
What do you like best?
It is easy for traceability to see the last transactions and history, and allows for anyone to update PO's and had good searching functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I would recommend moving to this when using multiple sites, the biggest benefit is how easy it is to switch from location to location. It is not the most intuitive to start using but once the user has had ~2-3 months it becomes second nature, and transactions take minimal time.
