What do you dislike?

One thing I'm not a big fan of is that when you are search for someone, you have to type in their real name -- not their nickname/preferred name. This can be a bit annoying, since sometimes I don't remember what their actual name is because people only address them by their preferred name.

What do you like best?

This app reminds me of instant messages, except in the working field. You are able to ask quick questions without the need of properly writing out a complete email, and often times, it is way more time efficient to communication via Skype.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It is similar to a messaging app and is very user friendly.

sometimes it does not match properly with my calendar and does not change my status automatically

What do you like best?

Love how easy it is to use for chat, video conferencing. Allows you to check on status of your colleagues, as well as stays up to date with your calendar, marking you busy or away depending on your calendar. Like how it shows rank, and pictures to easily find who you are looking for

What do you dislike?

Skype for Business needs an auto-mute feature when dialing into conference calls. Many times I will be on a call with 40+ people and someone is unknowingly talking/making background noise because their line is not muted. When dialing into a call, all lines should automatically be muted besides the call窶冱 host.

What do you like best?

I work from home, as do most of my coworkers, so Skype for Business is a quick and effective way to host meetings and conference calls. The call sound and visual quality is usually at least a 7-8 out of 10 and the mobile application is very useful for IMs and calls.

What do you dislike?

I don窶冲 love the meeting/conference call functionality. It窶冱 not as easy to use as other platforms.

What do you like best?

I like the chat functionality mostly. It窶冱 well integrated into outlook so it works well with our systems.

Spend some time learning the conference call video sharing.

The shortcuts for sending messages and calling people are too similar and frustrating

I love that I can call, chat, and have meetings with multiple people from the click of a button.

I found the process of setting up distinct groups to be a bit more cumbersome than I expected. I also wish it had a Slack-like feature to have different conversational "channels" going at once. It is great for instant communications but is sometimes difficult to pull up info from previous conversations.

we have tried a number of different software products to host meetings with our geographically dispersed team. Many of them were clunky or difficult to use, and our meeting were spent troubleshooting.Skype for business makes it easy to connect the right people to the meetings, allow everyone to fully communicate, and share screens, documents and presentations. It also is the best intra-office messaging tool we have used It works very seamlessly with Outlook and all our other tools..

If you have a geographically dispersed team, this product will make it much easier to collaborate, hold meetings, and share documents and presentations.

I part which I dislike about this application is that it takes some extra time to attach a file within the chat portal.

Chat portal of skype is extremely user-friendly and the thing which I like most about this application is to attach a file with drag and drop feature.

In some cases the notifications do not arrive at the precise moment what is harmful at the time of receiving some order or important information in my work. Other times it has happened to me that when making calls, they do not have good quality or resolution, I think that should improve this because the communication can be affected by this detail, since it is a little uncomfortable.

What do you like best?

Personally I think that most of Microsoft's software are very productive and Skype for Business does not escape from it. I find it to be an application that is very easy to use, organized and accessible to anyone, since it is available for multiple devices. Their calls are one of the features that I use the most, I can talk with my work group and carry out online meetings through videoconferences. It is a fantastic application, it facilitates interaction and closeness with my co-workers.

Thanks to the fact that it is integrated with Office applications such as Excel or Word, I can share and transfer my files to my companions in an easier way and without interruptions.

Deberﾃｭa haber una opciﾃｳn de dibujar cuando en una call se comparte pantalla. La solicitud de control remoto durante una llamada a veces falla. Si te quedas sin conexiﾃｳn, lo que escribes en una conversaciﾃｳn no llega, una mejora seria memorizar el mensaje hasta que vuelves a tener conexiﾃｳn y enviarse de nuevo.

Facilidad para contactar con los usuarios de la propia empresa y organizarlos en distintos grupos. Los estados son muy ﾃｺtiles para informar de la disponibilidad. La funcionalidad de control remoto.
