I don't like the audio quality. It's a pity, because my assessment of this product can't be the maximum.

I like that I can quickly get in touch with my team members even without leaving my home. This solution is a great solution and easy to use.

This software is good. I recommend special for people who like meetings but do not like traveling to meetings.

the cellular app keeps you logged in and on "away" when it has been opened throughout the day

There窶冱 really nothing to dislike. You can even connect with people who have normal Skype and it窶冱 easy

Just like the title says, the usability and intuitiveness of the software is the best.

The only real recommendation that I can make is... get it! It窶冱 great! IF it窶冱 in your budget then it will not disappoint!

What do you dislike?

I think Skype for Business may be a better software if it includes more customization for each user. It should be great for instance to allow each user to customize the homepage, as the software is normally always launched on PC and on mobiles phones (in our organization, Skype is automatically launched at Windows start for all users). There is also improvement to make in the files sharing directly from Skype for Business; for the moment, it is really basic, and even sharing a screenshot is not that efficient (because thumbnail is undersize) and can be problematic in calling conversation with many users. For several users, it is now usual to share only links (dropbox links for instance) instead of documents directly on Skype for Business.

What do you like best?

Skype for Business is really efficient in its core functionalities : communication is simple, fast and easy. For main usage, it does not require specific training for users (including for users in factories for instance). In my opinion, it is a excellent tool to use in combination with email program; it indeed reduces (more or less, but it can be significant) the amount of emails, as simple and quick communication is now directly handled with Skype for Business. Eventually, it is also - by far from what I know - one of few tools perfectly serviceable on many various devices, without difficulties ; and this is a great point for this kind of communication software.

Do not hesitate to launch it when Windows start for all users.

How you can窶冲 change your status to 窶彿n a meeting窶� manually without it being on your outlook calendar

It makes it so easy to communicate with coworkers

On Skype for Business what i dont like is the conversation history which is hidden and it makes bigger size outlook. In addition, at windows, lync.exe, sometimes gets frost and when you log into few times takes ages. The way to organize your contatcs is not handy which makes difficult when your list is longer.

Skype for Business ( SfB ) has a powerful point on the integration of a chat application with video or call conferences because in the past you had to use 2 o 3 softwares to join to a conference. As a company, its good to see when a local workmate its busy and skype of business shows it. As well when you plan to arrange a meeting or call as you can see the plan of the day. Forgot to mention, but all of this plus you can call to any external number. and you can set ON call forwarding just in case that you are operative in another number

If you want to avoid to have to use 3-4 softwares, count on Skype for Business which counts on most of the required utilities for communication into the company. As recommended to integrate Outlook into Skype in order to adjust the calendar schedules into skype and convenient to join into the team meetings or call.

What do you dislike?

Setting up meeting through outlook sometimes could get confusing, you would just need to make sure to include the link to your conference room into the outlook meeting invite. I would have been a little more seamless if outlook auto populated that information or you could set us meetings directly through Skype a little easier.

What do you like best?

I liked that this was a single tool that was integrate with all aspects including email, phone, and chat. It was great being connected to my phone so that in my prior company it was very easy to work remotely and still be reached as if I were sitting by my desk without providing new number.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would just ensure that all of your communication systems are capable of being integrated through Skype for business to maximize the full suite of features that this product provides. If only using for one of its capabilities you would be short changing the benefits provided.
