What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Save manual work effort, aviod human errors, improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Most important is that UiPath(RPA) can strongly drive process improvement, standardization and centrilzation.

Recommendations to others considering the product
Most of the people in the market feel UiPath is easier and cheaper than other RPA tools like Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere. They may have the perception that UiPath is simple and not as good as the other two.
I want to say they are wrong. Many people in the markert (China market) treat UiPath and even RPA in a totally wrong way and they even don't know the real value and potential power of UiPath. Try to learn all the things of UiPath and think more about business transformation and people empowerment.
