What do you dislike?

There were some bugs in previous versions of uipath but in the later versions slowly they rectified .

What do you like best?

The RPA Academy started by Uipath is awesome and it is very helpful for the people who want to learn more about RPA .And the course contents are very well planned and structured.

The user interface of the tool is very nice and user Friendly.

The Uipath orchestrator is very helpful to handle large number of bots.

And the roadmap of the Uipath looks very promising and Interesting.

I had very good experience till now using Uipath .We need to have some proper understanding of the studio,orchestrator then it will give very good benefits.

What do you dislike?

Mostly nothing from my experience. Following are my wishes,

License - Quite expensive. But I promise they owe this as they are giving it back for what they get.

Support for community edition - You don't have it other than from the forum.

Unstable - Community edition seems to be unstable sometimes (Unexpected crashes).

What do you like best?

Starting from the basic tutorials in academy, the tool is easy to access and learn. Accessibility at its best through the latest and free community edition. Added up with good community that not only contribute, even makes us to know the tool more in-depth. Features are really awesome what we think and need will be the activity/properties name.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I stand for UiPath always, when there is a dispute among RPA tools. UiPath on whole take your fears away as it have almost everything community support, free edition, learning platform, free foundation certifications.

What do you dislike?

Some of the error logs are unclear and could do with being more descriptive for beginners.

What do you like best?

How easy it is to pick up and scale for usability.

With a free trial and free online support there is really nothing to lose to find out if it is suitable for you and your business.

I miss the complex functionalities from the education program.

What do you like best?

I highly appreciate the simple and transparent functionalities and the great education solution. Really good RPA-software.

orchestrator pricing is too high, as a result very difficult to sell unattended automation

What do you like best?

Ability to do both attended and unattended automations with easily decoupling of the orchestrator is very useful. In addition very good security features such as multi tenancy, password policy integrations.

UiPath team is really supporting and the partner experience is very good

Sometimes rarely i find the studio crashes automatically

Very intuitive studio for rapid application development.

Exhaustive activities library to accomplish any task easily with drag and drop and minimal coding

Very good and leading RPA tool available in the market.

What do you dislike?

This is more of an issue with RPA in general, but the runtime to complete tasks is nowhere near as good as it would be with more traditional solutions. We have certainly chosen a less-than-premium offering in that we are not able to dynamically allocate resources, and the resources are located on and limited by individual computers instead of VMs on a server, but these weaknesses pale in comparison to the short development cycle and cross platform agility of the software.

What do you like best?

Very low cost compared to other solutions, only reviewed solution that offered differentiation between server and desktop implementation for cost savings.

If in evaluation phase, be sure to try their online learning course. It is very informative, free to use, comes with a free community version of the software that is just as full of features as the enterprise, and provides a highly detailed outline of the capabilities.

- Strong technical support and flexible in pricing to support client RPA journey (from PoC to enterprise wide RPA implementation)

- Dedicated training in local language
