What do you dislike about the product?

1. The UI can be bit more intuitive.
2. Task descriptions can be made more UI friendly such it looks like project documentation.
3. Timesheet management can made more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?

1. Easy to configure with good amount of configuration options are available.
2. Our employees found it easy to use.
3. Price is comparable with other similar products.

Zoho Projects is overall excellent; nothing to dislike about it.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Projects gives all the features like ticket management, issue tracking, gantt & reports, milestones and document sharing which are all the features needed for project management.

What do you dislike about the product?

Client users license is as expensive as a team user.

What do you like best about the product?

Timesheets are the most useful of all; when combined with other modules, we can track and bill the clients within a single portal. Most of the PM tools do not have this built-in by default, or it's too expensive.

Sometimes the notifications don't work and I forget some of my tasks

In my opinion, Zoho Project should have some more depth like JIRA. Also, I think Zoho CRM should have a better UI and the dashboard should have some more details.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Project is one of the smart tools with which we can easily manage multiple projects. Just like other Zoho projects Zoho CRM is also quite simple & easy to manage. The project updates, tasks, and comments are just one click.

What do you dislike about the product?

The most problematic thing about Zoho projects is configuring the company. The team allotment and task management requires room for improvement and personally the free trial should be one month as complex business processes take time to fully adapt to the Zoho system.

The best thing about using Zoho is the scalability and the intuitiveness. Setting up projects without issues and adding relevant custom fields for management reporting and review.

Zoho Projects offers all tools required for project management, but this tool has certain limitations too. It provides limited integration options to other software, and also the mobile app features are limited.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Projects is a project management software with a user-friendly interface, customisable project templates and workflows, collaboration tools, built-in time tracking, and reporting and analytics features. While it has limited integrations and a learning curve, it can still be a valuable tool for teams looking to collaborate and streamline their project management processes.

In our span of usage of 1 year, it has performed well for us.

Well, there is nothing much, it's full of new age features to plan, design and end to end track the projects at various roles involved so there are more advantages than dislikes

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho best quality is simple and works well with features to track complex projects.

The navigation and reporting features are very good.

Also my preference is Zoho over JIRA

The Zoho Projects mobile application is very summarized compared to the desktop version, I think it would be very useful to link more functions in it so you don't have to switch between one and another every time you need to perform a particular process.

One of the great advantages of using Zoho Projects is that it allows us to work and collaborate on our projects with the team in real time, allows us to maintain constant communication with the parties involved and at the same time facilitates and allows us to monitor the development and progress of our projects. Zoho Projects is essential to stay organized and ensure success in managing our business projects. Zoho Projects' flexibility and ease of use are remarkable elements that contribute to its effectiveness.
