What do you dislike?

Not much, the ranges of visitor traffic are a bit far apart so for our site I can choose a plan that sometimes will use up all of it's visitors in a month or I can choose a plan which is way too large for the amount of traffic we generate.

What do you like best?

I like all the features and ease of use of VWO, it is very intuﾃｯtive with a simple editor. You can edit the things you want to change while looking at your site and just clicking on the element you'd like to test. But most of all, they have great support and a very large community with tips & tricks and case studies to help you with inspiration for your next test.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Just try it out for a short period, you'll be very pleasantly surprised.

What do you dislike?

There is an occasional hiccup when making pages, but they're easily fixed with a refresh. Having scroll maps included would be a nice feature.

What do you like best?

I love the value of VWO. It has a very low price and delivers just as many, if not more, features as its competitors. The support is always timely and very thorough.

What do you dislike?

--When you exceed your traffic limit, all of your tests get paused. That makes a lot of sense, but when your traffic limit gets replenished the next month, all of your tests SHOULD BE automatically reactivated (but are not).

--Based on my field tests, it is possible that VWO is slightly slowing down page-load times.

What do you like best?

--Very easy to learn.

--Works reasonably well with responsive design.

--What you see is (mostly) what you get -- the interface is generally intuitive (but the preview tools are not reliable).

--Best in class customer service.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do some A/A tests where both versions of the page are exactly the same. If you find that, over the course of thousands of visitors, that the two versions have significantly different results, that would suggest the testing tool is significantly affecting results (e.g. making pages load more slowly) even if the changes you're trying to test aren't. If you observe major A/A differences over the course of thousands of visitors, I'd recommend looking into other testing setups that will allow you to test the variables/variations you're interested in without causing any unintended costs to your business.

What do you dislike?

The integration with Universal Analytics with Google Tag Manager is pretty difficult and should be improved. We always look into Google Analytics for extra analysis on the variations, for example to see if the winning variation als works well for mobile users.

What do you like best?

VWO offerts a user friendly WYSIWYG-interface. We use VWO for all our clients to increase conversions, mainly on landingspages, productpages, shoppingcart and checkoutpages. If we face issues, our Customer Succes Manager Gursimran helps us very well in setting up variations. It's great to see that VWO also improves with other features.

The ability to run split test easily and calculate which one out-performs the other.
