What do you dislike?

Any initial dislikes have been fixed with the introduction of the new stats engine.

What do you like best?

Within a small industry such as conversion rate optimization, no one is at a loss for choice when it comes to tools and platforms. VWO has been for our company and me personally, a great and easy to use tool backed by a very knowledgeable support and client team. The interface, stats engine and build options allow for accuracy and creativity both of which are vital to CRO. I would highly and without hesitation recommend VWO to any person or company seeking an optimization tool.

What do you dislike?

By campaigns that requires some heavy changes, the interface is quite slow. As well sometimes changes are not getting applied and you have to re-do them several times. We also sometimes facing some issues with the preview mode.

What do you like best?

Very easy tool to use for somebody without a technical/coding background. Due to the visual interface you can directly see how the changes are actually showing to your users.

My account manager, Ramandeep Bindra is extremely helpful and always responds quickly and try to find a quick solution for my issues.

The integration with Google Analytics is very helpful and gives the opportunity to do deeper analysis into all of our results.

What do you dislike?

Should have a similar Mobile support as well.

What do you like best?

The quick setup time and the ease of rolling out tests is truly the highlight of the product.

Amazing support round the clock is another thing which sets this product apart.

Our Customer Success Manager(Raman) has been really helpful from setting up our tests to achieving desired results.

Constant Support.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to have results passed in real time instead of delayed up to a few hours.

What do you like best?

VWO's interface is intuitive and easy to use. Additionally their customer support is exceptional. They are truly invested in your company's success and proactive in the testing/solution process. Since we have become a client they have continued to enhance the product offering by introducing new analytical tools allowing deeper investigation and research on our site.

What do you dislike?

- visible flickering of control before loading variation

- feature rich, for me nothings missing

- mostly intuitive UI

What do you dislike?

Sometimes VWO can fail to load the editor on my computer and it can take some time to work. Occasionally the interface is a little slow and preview mode can be temperamental.

However, this does not stop me from continuing to use the tool and to trust VWO to provide good results.

What do you like best?

We can test all the changes that we want to put live on our website with a minimum of effort and trust in the Results.

My account manager is extremely helpful and always responds quickly when I contact him.

The link to Google Analytics means we can do further, deeper analysis into all of our results and find meaningful insights in our visitor behaviour.

Recommendations to others considering the product

VWO is a brilliant tool for the cost, to make the most out of it, you should definitely involve your development team so you can test in the most efficient way. A simple site however, could easily be tested with no developer involvement at all.

A little bit of Javascript knowledge will go a long way with this tool.

What do you dislike?

The interventions that are needed to get going on this platform. Also, the absence of an App Testing feature.

What do you like best?

The easy of use - it is very simple to set up complex tests on this platform. Plus their great support team!!

What do you dislike?

It would be helpful to be able to gather more statistical data from VWO, such as confidence intervals and statistical significance. Better integration with Google Analytics and the ability to import GA goals would be helpful

What do you like best?

The WYSIWYG interface is very easy to use and makes designing test simple. Setting up goals help with the evaluation of tests as well. The customer support is very helpful and friendly.

Look at the different packages on offer to see what is right for you. Also spend some time thinking about testing methodology and the data you want to gather

- We have multiple business models and internal stakeholders so can sometimes get complicated for VWO but they always manage to work with use to get to the bottom of any issues.

What do you like best?

- Value for money in terms of features/cost

- Experts on hand at any time

- Knowledgeable account manager / CRO specialist to support your business

- Work to help you and your team to build an informed strategy
