以前は、各マネージャーがそれぞれ独自の方法でプロジェクトを追跡し、私たち全員が複数のスプレッドシートを使用する必要がありました。不在の場合は、手作業で引き渡し書類を準備して、すべてがカバーされていることを確認する必要がありました。何かを忘れたら、それは忘れられたということだ。Monday では、すべての情報が 1 か所にまとめられ、個々のユーザーが適切な更新を行っている限り、何も削除されず、余計なスプレッドシートも不要になり、引き継ぎが非常に簡単になりました。

Monday.comについて私が気に入らない点はほとんどありません。時々、タイミングの遅れはありますが、私たちが使用している他のシステムとは比べ物になりません。

Monday - Making My Job Easier
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, each manager had their own ways of tracking projects and we all had to use multiple spreadsheets. If we were going to be out of the office, we had to manually prepare handover documents to make sure that everything was covered. If you forgot something, it was forgotten. With Monday, everything is in one place and as long as the individual user is making the appropriate updates, nothing is dropped and we no longer need the extra spreadsheets and the handover is ridiculously easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little that I don't like about Monday.com. Sometimes there are timing lags, but nothing compared to some of the other systems that we use.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been through quite a bit this year and had to be out of the office unexpectedly several times throughout 2023. In those times, my team was able to easily pick up my clients without a major download of projects from me. Nothing was missed and my clients knew nothing was out of the ordinary.
