What do you dislike about the product?

limitation in adding the emails and handling the sub tasks

What do you like best about the product?

the GUI and the functionalities provided in the project management tools are good & user friendly to use it, we could able to learn ourselves the product in effective manner without any assistance, if you could provide adding the more email and sub tasks in free version it would have been better for a small organizations like us.

Design. I do believe Zoho team should invrst a bit more time and resources into a bit more modern design and adapt their design to competitors. This could give Zoho even better competitive advantage.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s user friendly, simple and provides different options for visualisation of all projects. Also, it's great collaboration tool between team members. It simply provides us with the opportunity to stay on top of different developments. Morover, it provides the opportunity for clients to have live insight into all the latest tasks and milestones.

What do you dislike about the product?

The downside of ZOHO people is that their is no scope for bulk entry. Each entry is to be done manually one-by-one. It consumes a lot of time during the initial setup.

What do you like best about the product?

It is simple, easy to use and hassle free. I appreciate its smooth & consistent UI/UX. The best thing is how quick the reports are generated and sent to the registered mail ID.

However, one thing that I dislike about Zoho Projects is the pricing structure. While the basic features are free, some advanced features require a paid subscription, which can be costly for small businesses or individuals.

What I like best about this software is its user-friendly interface that makes it easy for me to navigate and manage all my project-related tasks efficiently. The dashboard is customizable, which allows me to prioritize my tasks and keep track of my progress with ease. The collaboration tools are also impressive, as they allow me to collaborate with my team members and clients in real-time, making it easy to share files, communicate, and delegate tasks. Additionally, I love the integration with other Zoho apps, such as Zoho CRM, which enables me to streamline my workflow and save time.

To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about Zoho Projects, it is a really good and easy to use cloud based project management software, no bad reviews or dislikes with this software so far.

What do you like best about the product?

Zoho Projects user interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate, Zoho Projects offers robust tools for project administration and management, as well as task assignment. In addition, its configuration and implementation are simple to complete. I like its high customizability, we can customize tasks and at the same time assign them to team members. It is possible to integrate Zoho Projects with other Zoho products, which makes work life easier and improves team efficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far I did not find any issues with zoho projects. Its a well balanced project manager.
In case anything comes up I will definitely update my review for the betterment.

I mainly deal with onboardings and the entire client life cycle. Zoho projects is very helpful is creating main tasks and sub tasks for tracking the project lifecycle. It has many features like document upload, assigninhg deadlines, creating tags. These all features are very helpful in keeping a track of the tasks like threaded view.

What do you dislike about the product?

So far, I have not found any difficulty and I have not had any inconvenience with this tool, there is nothing that displeases me. Zoho Projects works very well, besides being a great ally in the administration and management of projects.

With Zoho Projects, I can administer and manage my projects with great ease. This platform gives us an agile and efficient management of our projects thanks to its robust tools. With Zoho Projects, I can add multiple projects, assign tags, validate the time and progress of the project, as well as add comments, among others. In addition, this tool allows me to create and assign tasks quickly and visualize them in a calendar. Zoho Projects also offers a team collaboration space. Finally, I highlight its native integration with other tools in the Zoho suite.
