ブランドアンバサダーのサーベイを作成して、回答を集め、Zoho Reports （ゾーホーレポート）に落とし込み、視覚的な図表に変換し、結果を容易に把握しトレンドを見極められればと思います。
改善してほしいポイントは何でしょうか？
まだよく分かりません。まだ遊んでいる感じです。「信者」になれるかは、サーベイ機能がレポート機能とどう機能するかをテストしてみないと分かりません。
この製品・サービスの良いポイントは何でしょうか？
インタフェースが直感的でソリューションがフルにそろっており、API統合も非常に良いと思います。

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm looking to create Brand Ambassador surveys and then take their responses, put into the ZoHo reports and turn into nice visual charts to easily digest the results and spot trends.
What do you dislike?
Not sure yet....still playing around. I have to test the Survey feature and see how it works with the Reports feature to know if I'm a believer or not.
What do you like best?
I believe the interface is intuitive and their is a full suite of solutions and the API offered integrations are very good as well.
