What do you dislike?

There wasn't any feature that I didn't like.

How it helps me keep my leads organized and reminds me to follow up. Keeps me up to date and helps me grow my business.

At this juncture, nothing. We are still in development stage and should be on the roll out in the next three weeks.

What do you like best?

We really like the way it integrates with Springboard and the flow of information. It gives our salesman an easily searched database by customer and salesman so they can contact their clients on products they have purchased and enjoy.

This product can be custom built to your specs for a reasonable investment.

The interface is not great. I expect more from Microsoft.

Great way to track data if you have a lot of projects or a lot of customers.

I like all the features around this software and how efficient it is, fast, reliable and lag free.

I highly recommend the software to everyone, it is very fast, reliable, clean, easy to navigate through options and allows you to connect with your customers easy. It's pretty awesome, friendly user interface. If you're looking for the right software, be sure to pick this one up. You wont regret it.

Super heavy and slow. If there is anything that could be done it would be great.

I love it. Has all the perks you can imaging including sync with your outlook and calendar but it is super heavy and slow.... If there is anything that could be done it would be great.

It has just been very difficult to navigate and find where I need to be in order to log sales activities.

I actually like how easy it was to pull my information out and upload to another CRM.

It is not easy to find what you need or navigate within the CRM

Pages load slowly

There is a learning curve to the software, not as intuitive as other MS applications

System is easy to use with tagging emails

Easy to learn, easy to export data, and easy to build campaigns

The fact that Microsoft forgot it needs to be affordable also for start ups or probably they just targeted enterprises

Its nature is pretty dynamic and attractive dashboards

The mobile app needs some work. it is very difficult to interact with Opps or create new ones. navigation is very odd.

I like the ability to create custom views for my pipeline, and make them available for the mobile app
